ALL WE KNOW ABOUT CHIDIEBERE'S CRYING CLOUDS

ALL WE KNOW ABOUT CHIDIEBERE'S CRYING CLOUDS by Dr Leroy Otoro.

Scrolling down the praise page of the Ebook, I sighted a praise which read, 'A novel that would linger in your memory long after you've turned the last page'. The novel indeed lived up to this.
Chidiebere created a world and characters without mud, but ink. He breathed his air into their nostrils and placed insane desires in their hearts.

I am amongst the first readers of his novel, crying clouds, and what has earned the tag 'UNLIKE ANY NOVEL YOU'VE READ', from I also.

The main idea was clearly communicated, educating his audience that the GIFT of decision-making could be a CURSE to generations in future.
He clearly communicated this by re-introducing a character rebranded as 'Nemesis', a character whom we thought wouldn't return 23 years after being exiled. Well, nemesis always shows up when you least expected it - so the novel says.
As good as the novel is, it went on to receive a fantastic praise from renowned Nigerian writer and film producer, Uduak Isong, along other established creative writers in Nigeria, and also earning a 4star rating from ABUJA READERS CLUB (ARC).

The novel swept me off my feet with its intriguing characters and their insane desires. Laying emphasis on the supernatural godmother, Ma Izu, with her desperation to ascend the throne at all cost, since the last 45 years.
And the unforgettable melancholic story of Yuwa, a teenage girl who nearly got involved sexual trafficking.

The insane characters, fascinating plot twist and fast progressing pace of the novel, are the major standouts in the novel.

The Ebook of the novel launches on the 1st of April 2023.
I can't wait for the world to have a piece of this, feeling every emotions the 'Idemudias' went through, as Chidiebere well described.
